akirby
The Edge had better brakes than the Five Hundred? It's a wonder you made it back alive without running over a ladder or rear ending another car. You must have kept it under 20 mph.
Bryce
You need to find a better service department... we had this exact issue and it was fixed in less then 4 hours by our dealer. According to the paperwork, they had to re-align the tracks for the BAMR... that was back a few months ago and it's worked fine ever since. My parents are in town visiting and have rented a Ford 500. I drive them around on weekends (in the 500) and can't stand the brakes. My dad wanted to drive the Edge so I swapped one day with him. One of the first things he said that night was how much better the brakes were in the Edge over the 500.
