richy
Hit the info button at the top of the screen. I think it's located in settings. You'll find it in one of the sub menus there.
PrinzII
To change the color on the Ambient Lighting (2011 and later with MFT): On the lower part of the screen, next to the home button, is settings. Press that. Press Vehicle Press Ambient Lighting and you will see globes to select your colors. Press the globe of your choice and the color is set. (Posted this before seeing it was for a 2010....sorry) Edited September 22, 2012 by PrinzII
candurin
Does anybody now how to change lighting setting in the ford edge sport 2010? My ambient lights are always on, day and night. Thanks, Not to sound like an ass, but did you press the ambient lighting button on your center console? The one that has the shoe and light on it... That button should cycle the colors and on/off. From the 2010 manual: Ambient lighting (if equipped) Illuminates footwells, storage bins and cupholders with a choice of several colors. The ambient lighting control switch is located on the center console. To activate, press and release the control to cycle through the color choices plus the off state. The lights come on whenever the ignition is in either the on or accessory position. Note: The ambient lights will stay on until the ignition is placed in the off position and either of the front doors are opened or the accessory delay timer expires. colinero
I read somewhere that they are supposed to come on only at night, I don't see why you would like to have them on during the day. I am aware of the switch for the ambient lights but it did not make sense to me to have them on during the day. Thanks anyway.
colinero
I was referring to the ambient light sensor from another post.
