Platinum White
Looking at from the top down will not work very well when trying to identify an oil leak since gravity still works. Put it on a lift or jack it up and use jack stands and look with a good light for drips or track stains. I found a track stain a couple years ago on my 2009 and had an axle seal replaced under warranty.
railroad
What area of the car are the stains located, ie front, rear, rt front, etc. The stains look like a/c condensation running off bare metal.

Stain is close to the front, You could be right about AC but when you touch it is kind of oily , I went under the car and didn't find anything suspicious, and it looks that drops when it is an extreme hot day. I' ll check tomorrow for AC.
