frozennuts
If temperature sender has failed, the fans will run all the time. Turning the A/C on max with a cold engine will turn the fans on. Hopefully its a fuse or relay or the connector to the fans (you have two fans, yes?) if yes, can't believe they have both failed. Fuses and relays for the cooling fan are in the fuse box under the hood next to the battery. The fuses are F5 and F2 (40A & 60A) and the relay is relay 2 located between fuse 1 & 2
PrinzII
I had a similar issue with our 2008 but it actually turned out to be the fan itself that was going bad. Unfortunately, you cannot replace one fan as it is 2 fans in a single unit. My wallet took a $600 hit from that repair.
