J.R.Shultz Posted August 19, 2012 Report Share Posted August 19, 2012 During one of the heat waves here in the Philly area, the plastic "SYNC powered by Microsoft" badge located on my 2012 Ford Edge Limited under the touch screen behind the gear shift, popped off. Unfortunately, I didnt realize this until it got sucked up into a car wash industrial vacuum. I went to ford and they dont have that specific part. They say Ford will need digital pictures of it and they will need to replace the entire section of that console. The cost is around $700. Thankfully it is under warranty, but I cant believe i can not find that little plastic piece anywhere on the internet. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

chris8091 Posted June 13, 2014 Report Share Posted June 13, 2014 My came of as well and the dealer replaced it under warranty. They only replaced the little emblem and not the whole section.
