Hotrodbiker
Ok, my gf recently purchased a2011 edge. Last night as she was driving home she looked back and found a white/gray smoke around her daughter. She pulled over, got her daughter out and by the time she did that the smoke had cleared. I talked with her and she said out didn't smell like smoke from a fire. I'm thinking it has something to do with an airbag but I'm not sure the airbag configuration in this vehicle. She moved the child seat to the front and made it home without any further incidents. She called road side assistance and they picked it up and took it to the dealership. Does anyone have any experience this scenario, or a problem similar to it? I'm trying to arm myself and her to deal with the dealership. Of course they said they have never heard of this happening before but I rarely believe dealerships. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I don't want anything to happen to either my gf or her daughter, both are extremely important to me. I want to ensure she's taken care of by the dealership because I'm offshore on a rig and can't go there myself. TIa
mooshin
I've never heard of that before, but I've seen the AC systems haze the air where it could look that way.
