rusty813 Posted June 4, 2012 Report Share Posted June 4, 2012 (edited) I been getting the 911 assist error and I live in Hawaii with only one ford dealer on this entire island and they told me they could not fix the problem. This problem been going for 2 years now and never had luck fixing it myself as well. I tried disconnecting the vehicle batter and master reset with navigation system still no luck. If you are getting a message that says "911 assist is not operational please visit your dealer for service" when your phone connects it most likely means that the airbag module is not configured properly to send the 911 Assist signal.
