fordfanatik
Hello, Have a 2011 Edge Sport and am thinking of upgrading the 22" factory wheels due to a couple of parking lot scuffs. Have seen some good stuff from Lorenzo and TSW that I like. Was thinking of changing my factory rims into snow rims but haven't found any tires that fit these wheels. The previous owner of this vehicle did have tires that fit these rims but the dealership has had some trouble connecting with him to find out what he was using. Anybody out there fit snows to their factory rims? thx
cjd3
I just got my Edge with the 18" rims. I wouldn't even think of putting snows on a 22. Personally, I am going to get 17" rims for the winter and put Blizzaks on them. IMHO smaller rim gives you better winter handling, and a whole lot cheaper. 22" winter rims must be brutal. Wouldn't they be 56cm in Ontario?
fordfanatik
I might do that if I can't find appropriate 22" tires, but I ran 20" snows on my Acadia the past 4 winters (I also used Blizzaks) and was really happy with them. If anybody else has used 22" snows on their Edge, please pass along your thoughts.
