Edgieguy
Why not speak to someone at a reputable performance shop and get their opinion?
akirby
Your MAF sensor is incorrect. Get it fixed with the intake or put it back to stock. The intake mfr should be able to help. If not then you bought the wrong one.
c_bova
what intake are you running? an improper sized maf housing will cause the maf to read incorrectly thus cause your fuel trims to be rich or lean. once the car has to add or subtract so much fuel to hit the targeted air fuel ratio it may trigger a check engine light, usually it will say, lean off idle, lean on idle, rich off idle, or rich on idle. i'd make sure you have the correct intake and everything is hooked up correctly. i tune would definitely help it though. c_bova
yeah going to the dealer with the intake asking them about a problem directly cause by the intake usually won't go over well with them.
