tsluder
We just purchased a 2010 Edge limited and I love the car but when we bought it I watched them drive my Expedition away that we used for a trade in I about cried, because I loved that truck and Yes I'm a women and I love the Expedition because it had alot of memories attached to it but it did have alot of miles and Hubby was worried it would break down some time when he was away on business and I would be in trouble, The dealer took the expy and sold for 6000.00 it almost looked new because I took really care of it. it had 140,000 miles on it. He was looking at the edge again since he had some for rentals and he loved them, he really thought I would to and the other reason he want to trade my expedition in was it was big and our last Kiddo just Graduated from High school and he wanted to get me something smaller but not to small since it was just going to be he and I and the edge is sporty and I saw it was like is this the one with large sunroof and he smiled and shook his head and new he was in for it as far as price goes for this car. LOL I love the Car and have not thought about my Expy that much until I see one on the road and then I miss it. Summer
Hey, tsluder! I just traded my 2004 Escape in for a 2010 AWD Edge. I fully intended to get another Escape. My daughter drives an Escape. My mother-in-law drives a Mariner. My sister drives their cousin, the Tribute. The smooth, quiet, comfortable ride of the Edge has made me the outcast of the family, but I don't care! My only problem is that I am going to spend a lot more time at the car wash........... Congrats on your new toy!

stevesmidge
I just took delivery of a 2012 edge. Only have 700 miles so far, but best car(guess it is a car, hard to call it a truck), have ever owned exept my 85 Mustang GT. My only thing is this is the first front wheel drive vehicle I have owned and am still getting used to the different feel it has when accelrating. tc88ds
My wife and I just bought our 2011 Edge Limited sporting 5k. It's not right to be this fond of a materialistic object. But I can't help it. Talk about a last minute decision. We looked and waited for months to find the perfect replacement for our 07 Escape. My wife kept saying she liked the looks of that car every time she seen a Edge. And so I started researching and happened on this low mileage one next town over. Salesman brought to our house for us to try out and it was spotless. Made the deal and the rest is history. What a great car. Never thought I would ever own and drive a car this nice.
Letsgo
Proud new ower of a 2013 Edge LTD. This vehicle is so blinged out that after 2 weeks of exploring & reading the manual, I'm still discovering amazing features. My friends, family, & neigbours are wowwed by it too. Love the handling, love the feel & love the ambient lighting. Though I had to "put down" my 1997 Town & Country, this new addition to my garage is leaving those memories in the dust.
