wlepse Posted April 5, 2012 Report Share Posted April 5, 2012 Just wondering if anyone has had any luck using the Ford online service request? Twice now I have put in a request for service with my local dealer, I get an email confirmation saying I will receive a call in 24 hours but never hear anything. Last time they never called and this time it has been over a week. I really like the idea of this because I can explain the issues we are having and know that it is attached to the service records since I had one dealer who was notorious for not including things on the service report. Ended up biting me in the ass when the part totally failed right after the warranty and I had only one record of it being in rather than 5. wlepse Posted April 5, 2012 Author Report Share Posted April 5, 2012 I did the last time I used it and they gave me some BS about being backed up. I think the first time they didn't want to help because the issues were MFT related and when I spoke to them they told me three weeks to get in. What was funny was when Ford corporate was working with me and the same dealer miraculously had an opening the next day.
