You can set them to auto - which will go by the outside temp to decide how much - what to turn on to warm/cool the car. Or you can have it set to last setting which means that you need to remember to turn stuff on. Auto settings are on the left screen under car settings I think?... I haven't figured out what the temp has to be to kick on the full heat and seats and stuff....

The manual does remind you to turn them off for a car wash...

I haven't tried, but it is a two inch hole directly below the 12volt power plug. feel around you will find it.

depends - do you live somewhere that you need to worry about snow-ice? Are you ready to buy a whole other set of tires if so? Do HID lights make a big deal to you? the homelink option? Bigger engine more important? I have the limited and love it. My husband really was disappointed that I didn't get the sport because he wanted the paddle shifters and the bigger wheels. I don't feel I missed on anything. good luck with your decision.

There is only a key hole on the driver door... And if the fob battery dies, there is a spot in the center console that will allow you to start your car and get it somewhere to buy a battery for your fob.

NO coverage - not just bad coverage. We just have local stations so I listen to my ipod most of the time...

This has already been answered somewhere I think on this thread - you headlights have to be on for the ambient lights to be on. The auto setting isn't enough.

You can use the keypad to lock the fob in your car if you are going skiing/swimming/adventuring that you don't want the fob left in your pocket. This basically kills your fob till the code is re-entered or the other fob unlocks the door. Making it so that if someone breaks in - they still can't just start the car and drive away. The drivers package also gives you the remote start factory installed and the remote open back gate. The package is totally worth the money.

I don't think the 2010's have that screen - I don't know how to do on those - the 11's it is really easy

My album art works off my ipod - no photo's... No it isn't fully compatible with Apple, but it is a microsoft system. From what I have heard it isn't fully compatible with many things. If you weren't ready to be a first year tester - you shouldn't have bought the car. If you let these glitches hang you up - then you will be pretty unhappy but if you go with it, they should be able to fix all of the software glitches and you can really enjoy the car.

I can't get either - apparently satellites don't fly over Alaska.... and yes - I am being sarcastic - but Alaska gets screwed out of a bunch of things like this.

Well - when you don't give details you are going to get a bunch of random answers. I think all of us who answered have the new 11's and figured you found another undocumented feature. Sounds like something is wrong with the heating element or the wiring. Either live with it or take it in.

I have an old ipod nano plugged in over USB and I can FF by holding the button. Works just like it does trying ff on an ipod. Doesn't feel like a really long time to me.

Yep - on the touch screen - I haven't explored to much on the small screen to see if you can turn them on there - will look later
