Great news! hope you get it soon. My dealer told me (after I asked) that mine is in Roanoke, IN. about 500 miles away from KC. So far, the train has been averaging 4mph. That puts it in the dealership in about a week.

As of this morning, the status updates from the twitter account are no longer an option... the status still shows ur Edge is in transit. The dealership would b in the best position to assist w/further updates.

I saw a post on that forum yesterday where a ford salesman was trying to get a status. Cyberdman got pretty upset and told him to search for it himself. I think it's pretty clear that ford needs a better way to keep customers updated.

I tried setting up a new user and it was locked.

Great Pics tonyf! I'm getting the same wheels. You don't see them featured in any ads so it's good to see them on a real Edge. Those rear speakers are HUGE! I can't wait to crank the polka (just kidding) One requirement on my purchase was the rear view camera. It looks like it will come in handy. The tire tread isn't very aggressive. Looks like they are low resistence. Good thing I opted for the AWD. I can't wait to for my Black Limited. (in transit now) BTW: the first mod I'm going to do is to tint the two front windows the same as the other windows.

In Process means the order is in Ford's hands. When mine finally got to "In Process", I could get no other information about the order. Mine was in process for a couple of weeks before the plant gave it a build date. Once I got a build date, I also got a VIN. I'm wondering where the dealership got a date of 9/13. I bet it's an estimate. Mine was scheduled to be built week of 9/6. It finished build on 9/8 (i think) Last report is Mine has been on a train since this sunday (9/12) I still don't have an ETA. Search through some of the threads here. Much has been captured there.

I would have a hard time taking delivery on the damaged car. Yes damage happens but that wouldn't make me feel any better about it. This should enable you to get out of the order agreement and open the door for you to shop around or re-order. I sure hope my Limited makes it to me undamaged.
