Time will tell. I've taken a short drive and can't tell any difference with anything. MFT still selects a random audio source when I start up. But HEY! I installed it myself! Bring on the updates

Was USB skipping & album art "features" that 2.11 was supposed to fix? 2.11 is not a fix for all problems, it's just a patch that is trying to stop some of the hemorrhaging. The real fix is said to be coming next year

Really! You have your contact's photos syncing to the Touch system? Be thankful for that because there are very few people that get that feature to work. To get rid of the Facebook contacts, I think your best bet would be to manage them on your HTC.

JEEZ! They have my car all day to grease my BAMR and tighten the sun shade. No transmission update until the parts come in. No MyFordTouch update. They tell me my software is up to date with version 3 !?! Damn! MFT is been on the streets for a year and they still can't figure out what the hell they are doing! I had to explain to the service writer that the latest version is 2.11 and v3 is for another Ford model. PLEASE let me update via USB!

I've come to terms with the Ford cover. I think it is engineered very well. It takes into consideration he reclining and folding of the rear seats. It also protects the rear seat backs when I fold them to haul mulch or top soil.

Did I see you asking about the HID temp? You were wanting to go with a brighter headlight bulb? I don't understand the logic. You tint the headlights lenses then you have to find brighter HIDs..... Why tint in the first place?? I would rather my headlights and taillights be at full power

You will only see the yellow HD icon if you are receiving HD. In my town, radio stations are far enough away that the reception switches back and forth between HD and standard.

Turns out that the squeak was coming from the passenger sun visor. The clip that the visor snaps into is loose. The screw is tight but it's not attached to anything behind the headliner. I have to be careful when pulling the visor out of the clip because it acts like it will pull the headliner down. (Adding this to my growing list of stuff to have fixed.)

I've never seen this before. Is your system still broke or did it reboot back to normal? "Good Morning New User" ??

Oh! I had high hopes on this one. I just tried the procedure but my BAMR is so bound up, it drags to a stop before the steps are completed.

These are symptoms that start showing up just before 2.7 (& above) reboots it's self I'm on 2.7 and will eventually find the time to make another trip to the dealership and have it updated to 2.11.

Oh! I re-read all the posts looking for the model but didn't pay any attention to the title.

It's not broke. It's My Ford Touch. Have you got the latest software update? You could also reboot the system by pulling fuse 29 and replacing it.
