CAn you just buy these things at the dealership in black??

Well not totally new, just bought a 2007 edge sel plus. needs a few things done.. namely wheels and nav. on the subject of the latter I have had no luck finding a post about radio removal can some one please direct me to a post or a sight for a radio removal. also the only thing this edge doesnt have is a nav system and sync... can i put a sync system in and what are the average costs in doing so... thanks a million guys. oh yeah we are in Okc.. love this car...
