I am having the same problem with our '08 AWD w/ 70k miles. It does it around 45 mph, when it is trying to shift into overdrive. I usually turn off the O/D and when I get over 50mph turn it back on. Hope somebody else comments on this. I haven't taken it to the shop yet.

So, what happened? I would of called the dealership, when it first lost power, and told them to come and get it!!! We just took our '08 Limited to the shop Wednesday for a CEL and running rough, surging at idle and low speed. They said it was the timining phasers. Car has 37K miles, seems kind of low for sensors to start failing....
