Ours did the same thing to me 2 times, and this is what I was thinking it needed done... I'm going to get a can of Silicone spray lubricant on the way home tonight and give it a few shots of that... looks like this stuff should maybe be in the car wash bucket to spray one when cleaning it up anyhow...Few shots around seals, locks and hinges once and a while... Anyone know how this compares to a Husky Liner brand cargo liner? We've had Husky Liner Floor and cargo liners in our past 4 vehicles (F-250, Montero Sport, Ranger and Bronco II) and have been more than happy with them. Seems like the Husky Liner Cargo Liner is ~$50 less too. Husky Liners Bryce

Just picked ours up yesterday. We must have test drove a dozen different CUVs and Small SUVs yesterday and liked this one the best (CX7 and CX9 were close runners up). We're replacing a '01 Mistu Montero Sport. This is my wife's new car... I'm a Ford man and have a '01 F-250 CC PowerStroke 4x4 and a '84 Bronco II, but my daily driver is a '06 Kawasaki Ninja 650R. Anyhow.. our Edge is a SEL Plus FWD with Blazing Copper with Charcoal interior, BAMR, 18" painted wheels (couldn't handle the plastic chrome), trailer hitch that'll never get used, probably, and a soon to be installed Nav system (it has the CD6 Audiophile system, but my wife had enough of me being the only one with a Nav system). I told my wife she's going to have to watch herself in a flashy colored car with 100hp more than what she had been used to... damn if I didn't get pulled over for 11mph over this afternoon. The officer was cool though and let me go with a warning. Probably figured with the motorcycle endorsement that he'd wait and get to me for way more than 11mph on the bike!! Correct, but same idea on rickg's reason for it resetting... except for that radio frequency/infra red issue, but that's probably why it resets and gives him another 20 miles. I asked this in another thread, but got no resoponse... The TPMS is supposed to be standard feature, my window sticker says I have it and I have the tire/! icon on the dash, but it's also supposed to be the 3rd piece of info showing up in the System Test in the Info Message Center (according toe th owner's manual)... but it doesn't show up in the Message Center System Test... Is the Owner's Manual wrong or is something not right about my Edge? Can someone else see if their System Test skips this one too? Bryce

Just picked up ours today (SEL Plus)... the window sticker says we have TPMS and we have the warning light for it. The Message Center System Check is suppoed to have TPMS as the third system it checks, but ours skips over it and does all the other system checks shown in the owner's manual. Can anyone confirm that this is how it should be and the manual is wrong or is something up with our Edge? I'm considering letting out a bunch of air in a tire just to see if the warning light comes on. Bryce
