The salesman told me that the mesh part is there to reduce wind noise. How true that is I`m not sure. I know that if I`m on the highway with the roof open, it`s still pretty quiet inside and I can hear the radio fairly well.

I looked earlier today and I believe my average speed was 40 or 45km.

I`ve been driving much like you stated, keeping and eye on the tach and not hammering it off the line. With a 50/50 mix of highway/city, my mileage has been about 11.3 litres/100 K. That is on my second tank with roughly 800 kms on the clock. On the highway at 100klms (55mph) I`m reving about 1500, sometimes coasting I can rev about 1000. Sorry for no MPGs on the gas usage...all metric unfortunately. I love the vehicle and so far have no complaints. Thanks

Did you get the Floorliner or just regular floor mats from Weathertech? I`m interested in getting the floorliner because it covers more of the carpet area. Thanks

Hello everyone, I picked up my new Edge a week ago. An SEL + in Light Sage with Lt. Stone interior. The only option is the Vista Roof. I dont find the glare to be an issue and the brakes, not as bad as some make out I think. Thanks
