Sorry to hear about your problems. Your beef is with the dealer and I think that FORD will be able to step in (maybe I am wrong). If your EDGE is not properly fix document,document and document again...specially pictures....talk to a general manager (document) and then go see a good attorney with all that godd DOCUMENTATION and PICTURES and them for loss of use, bad work etc. the attorney will be able to direct your efforts and what to demand from the dealership.
