Mine has the "3" connectors and I verified that it is plugged in. So it sounds like I need to have my head unit "configured" to turn the sub on. How do I do that? Can it be a do-it-yourself project or a trip to the Ford Dealer? Thanks--Mike

Hey guys, I just bought a factory take off Edge subwoofer for an 07 Edge with the standard stereo. I popped off the back trim panel and the wiring was already there. So I hung the sub and amp (they are connected together) and verified all wiring was connected and the fuses were installed. I got nothing. So I'm now wondering if the standard head unit (6 disc in dash) isn't programmed to power the sub. Using my multimeter, the sub has 12v power but no signal is coming from the head unit. I'm now stuck. Any ideas? Thanks
