It was a shop that has been around a long time. I talked to the owner and he is going to find someone to look at it. I guess we will see what happens.

I recently had my 07 Edge with an aftermarket Touchscreen navigation to a detail shop. I believe they put Armour All or some kind of protectant on the touch screen (saw it was very glossy) because it is now unresponsive. The buttons on the unit works. The screen looks as usual. I can listen to the radio and CDs. Any attempt to control anything with the touch screen does nothing. Thanks everyone,
