Hay i have ford edge 2012 with myford touch touch i was have gracenote version 5.6 database installed in myford tocuh but after the dealer make the new update 3.5.1 and they try to fix assist 911 alert ' we don't know what happened but now i got gracenote version 0.0 and the dealer try to fix it but without succeed and even he try to reinstall the 3.5.1 but without succeed If you can help me or give some advice Thank you

any help or even anyboay know how install agin or even to install cab files to myford touch and suscced that extract from the tsb files

turning off the option for gracenote : it is off and about the 911 option at the first i was unable to turn it off but the dealer canceled this option and it take alot of time to canceled even i get ther 3-4 times unil they did it i try to do a lot of master rest and even to get of the fuse but nothing yesterday i talk with dealer and he told to bring mmy edge and they will try to delet all the software and re-install agin "new install" but they told it will take 6-8 hours and that think will cost mony becuse i did tsb installed and not from the syncmedia site . cause that i'm looking for the soultion

sorry when i first install the 3.5.1 update i get proplem alert that "emergency assist not operation....." and it's take a lote of time to remove it from the dealr and after every thing is good except one thing the the" files music in the sd card or the usb" that iget indexing device evrey time and never stop and when turn off the car and get back to the car and turn it on the music start from the first file and that i cant command voice to sd card or usb and after that in notice the gracenote database version is 0 and i dont this the proplem or not but i suspected that is my proplem

can any body help to to reinstall the gracenote database to get back my command voice fo sd card and usb file music this happend after my dealer start to solve a alert proplem of 911 assisated but i got another proplem any help

its take alot of time to do it until they fix it

after all the dealr had fix my proplem , it is take a lot of time but thank god

hai afer i instaled th mft 3.51 every thing is ok except this ptoplem emergency assist fault and i dont hav the nav sat any soluation

i cant find it i installed the last update in 7/09/2012, and my acount confirm succesfully installed but the new update i didn't recive it where can i find it ?? thanks

maby you extract to folder in the usb no in the root of the usb witout folder check that

wher can i found the new change of the new update more thank temp back? for me getting back the temp is so good :hyper:

very nice i finshed its realy hot i have the outside temp and i will cheke onter think

i begin installing it told me it will take 60 min i will update the post after finsh thank you

i had downloded the file and i will xtract to the usb in the root , but how we know if this is a beta verision or not??

toady i talk to dealer and they told soon will see the upadte cuse just a few day the had learning about the new update

i'm rying to say maby soon we wil get a new upadte of my ford touch and to get back the outside temp mean that in ford read what we ask and its good to get back the outside temp cuse its usefule than the what now yeh we have to chek if their update or not

yesterday was new update of my ford touch guide android app put back outside temp in the up area anybody notice that or know if there new update come outside
