I understand that, but if you look through some of the previous post and on the NHSTA website there has been reports of vehicles rolling backwards, losing power while driving, and who knows the effects the burning fluid fumes have on passengers. If you have any vents on during a leak the odors within the cabin becomes excessive.

I am having the same problem and its going to cost over $2,000 to fix because I am out of warranty. If enough complaints are reported to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration we may be able to generate a recall for the faulty PTU's. Thanks.
