I bought both of these at a auto insurance auction 2010 with 170k hit a deer lightly well that's what I thought, and the same scenario with my fiance's 2008 with 160k. I picked these high mile rigs up on a whim we're here in Minnesota for 6 months on her travel nurse contract so just needed quick snow prepared rigs. (Mines 2wd tho)
Paid under 1k each for them, used most all salvage yard parts probably have 1500 into each of them.
I replaced the core supports radiators all the accompanying bits salvage some parts of the front end of one it was a job and even more so in -5° temperature which is what it was when I did mine. (And the serpentine belt no less I didn't gravel parking lot with no recover from the elements whatsoever.) 💪
I've got a ton of questions I'm about to do a brake booster today among other things I look forward to learning a lot I've been lurking in the threads past few months.
