  1. I recently went to my local ford dealership about this same issue and they told me it's a subscription service that I need to pay for. Why can't these service departments figure this out without the stupid answers? I explained to them what it is (from reading multiple forums) and they still don't u destined what needs done. At least now I'm being told that it's not a subscription service but an update needed to my sync.
