OTA update? Or rom flash?

hi, all I tried two 2019 ST with B&O sound system, they should be identical on everything but their B&O sound system sounds so different. they both have original setup and no modification. i tried to play same sound track on my thumb drive, set the treble-mid-bass....everything the same. what could be the reason? the amp? one was built in Apr. 2019, the other was Oct. of 2019. thanks
