What would I need to change to fix this also do you see why the climate isn’t showing up? Thank you so much

I have it on my phone I don’t got access to it right now to plug in but i took a picture of it.

I bought the sync 3 apim from eBay so I had to program it myself. I just got to figure out what codes are wrong .

Does any one have any ideas

I have a 2013 ford edge sel with dual climate I have upgraded it from the sync 1 to sync 3 with all the parts from eBay and bought a harness from intelligentonetech and the buttons on the screen work with the climate but it just doesn’t display the current settings like the temperature it’s set at or the fan speed. Thank you very much! I am attaching a picture of the climate screen.
