I have. Also ran the Autel scanner and found the fault code for a Audio Line Enable. Short to ground. Getting ready to tear apart the dash, as I have already inspected the wiring from the back forward and found nothing. Seems to me it will be something in the front, more than likely a part failure.

This is the same exact issue I am having with my daughter's 2015 Edge Titanium. No sound, started with static to no sound, now no sound whatsoever. even the back up warning "beep beep beep" is not audible. I was a tech for Ford in the 90's so a little of tech knowledge here. All fuses checked. Connection at amplifier checked. Sync 2 updated. Also having the same issue with the ability to change from fm to XM etc. stays locked on the current setting.
