I did the Master Reset a few times..when i try and connect to the app it tells me try again later and no modem number appears so there is nothing to connect to..I saw a video on YouTube that told what fuse to pull out to reset it but still nothing ( if I even pulled the correct fuse)

I bought a 2020 Ford Edge a couple weeks ago...I can't connect to Ford Pass and the Modem ESN doesn't show up in the settings...how can I get the modem to show up so I can connect?
