  1. Well once again @Wubster100 to the rescue, grabbing new obd cable, and we shall see whats what and how much money im going to throw at this thing.
  2. Hello all, been searching but unable to find a specific thread of anyone else encountering this. so out of no where, rear blinker acting weird when brake is applied, or lights are on, or both. then the surround doesn’t work and flashes instead of blinker and the blinker randomly flashes and then stops. So obviously I assumed light assembly fault, decided to test that theory, swapped to working side and the assembly works, swapped the other way to test if it’s connector, low and behold doesn’t work and get the same results as said at the top. tested connections with multimeter on good side(passenger), one connection has a solid unchanging voltage when lights are on (seems right) blinker on and another pin fluctuates like you’d expect for a blinker. So assumed it should match on “bad”side(driver) what should be the solid unchanging pin is fluctuating on bad side and not high enough volts to match working side, uh oh, checked blinker pin it is fluctuating like expected but also not high enough. so that to me tells me there is something wrong somewhere in the wiring, so before I tear absolutely everything apart on my only vehicle, any recommendations of where to check first or loom connections and locations of where to check? 2016 edge sport. have videos of it acting weird but hopefully I explained well enough but if not I’ll upload.
  3. For real, me too, but I cannot find 100% accurate information on it lol. So far not much of an update after hours and hours of searching manuals, sites, everything online I have found something that maybe, and I mean maybe the correct part number, but I’ll have to get a friend to call a uk ford parts center to confirm, but info I found on two sites only, using google translate is part number EM2T10890JA (2013538), but again not 100% sure. i am determined to find it, so I’ll keep looking.
  4. Awesome thanks so much for the aliexpress link, that one was annoying me as well, so 1 out of 2. The diagram prior you uploaded is what i already had and but i appreciate that , someone on this forum must have the official part number for the actual bezel part (black plastic with the clear) as i have the official uk part numbers for the cluster with the bezel already attatched or the clear mask lens. But i know there is an official part number for the part everyone was looking for, if anyone has that info would be awesome for me and handy for posterity purposes on this forum if anyone else decides to do this years after the fact.
  5. Reviving an old thread here hoping at least some in here are still active on the forum to maybe help anyone interested in this now. Did anyone ever find or know the part number for this mask/bezel either in uk/germany? Heck even china, I’ll be traveling soon and if I can get one while I’m there I sure will throw out the clothes in the suitcase and make it fit😂 It’s difficult to search for using all the key words due to it being nicknamed so many different things and it’s mainly bringing up the clear plexiglass front piece not the surround. and to confirm both explorer platinum or mkx will fit but require euro/china mask/bezel (black plastic surround with plexi clear front)? programming not an issue (for me that is) I am just confirming the physical parts. any help appreciated Merry Christmas everyone!
