I figured it out. I bought the new assembly with module from Fisher auto parts . They sold me the wrong one. I needed one that is has the tow package, they sold me the one without the tow package. I put the old module on and they worked. Fisher is sending me the right one. Thanks for your help though.

I just replace the cooling fans and now they do not work. They worked before replacing them. They rattled is why i changed them. I hot wired the fans and they work. I do have a code P0480. I wiggled the plug to make sure it had connection. not sure where to go from here.
