Does anyone know how long a TSB can last hoping to get some Support from Ford they have gave me 2 part numbers with zero stick or availability hopping to see if mine had the TSB for adaptive steering

Ford Edge Uk 2017 Adaptive steering malfunction service required code : C0139:94-0A in SECM module car originally had many faults it had a new electric steering rack fitted this resolved all but 1 fault Adaptive steering malfunction service required code : C0139:94-0A in SECM module the car drove straight but wheel was at 1-2pm I have done module reboot on SECM -SASM I have done the steering trim - angle trim the car went in for tracking today and that now the car drives straight and wheel position is now at 12 straight tried all The resets again as above and still left with C0139:94-0A in SECM the is also a dead space when you move the wheel slightly left to right before the turning starts it’s hard to explain the feeling but it’s like dead space fords say parts are not avalible and neither is it in scrap yards any advise please

Correct I’ve brought a refurbished unit with warranty it’s half in should be finished today and looks at the moment to have cured all faults fingers crossed @Haz

Hello HAZ Hope you are well I have been working night shift for 4 nights progress has been slow ill Be Back on board from today I check the bottom fuse box all tested ok Just tested F1 F2 F3 F4 F5 F6 F7 F8 In the bottom high voltage box all tested ok I have done a few module resets using forscan on Module reboot SECM Module reboot SCCM Module reboot SASM id like to share so screen grabs of the forscan DTCs

Hi all have a 2017 Edge currently suffering a PSCM loss of communication that I’m trying to get to the bottom of with support for the forum in the mean time the car is stuck in the road across the drive it starts drives but steering is locked is there any bypass or anything I can do to get the steering unlocked to get the car into the driveway to be worked on it can’t be worked on outside on the road as private estate I’ve serched internet and forum can’t find anything any advise is appreciated

Is there anyone on forum that would have a clue how ro possibley disengage - bypass the steering lock to release it so I can move the car it starts drives but steering lock is locked on so only can go back or forwards till I can figure out this module issue surely it’s engaged electronically please someone must know a work around

The part number hardley returns any replacement parts so may be a superseded part also

Thank you sir for Your ongoing support on my issue I will as the Machanic to access the rack check connections for damage , water ingress etc I’ll have my laptop with forscan for Tuesday day and I’ll look at what the software can tell me I’ll speak with the dealer tomorrow also thanks Haz

Hi Haz hope your well immthinking that’s black box ontop of the gear/ motor may be the PSCM module unit

Thanks Haz yes im glad to here that it’s not just me that cannot locate the data on PSCM location or part number I may call ford to ask for the part detail I’ve got enough data from yourself to proced I paid for full forscan for a year and have the plug in obd switch required so will try with forscan to scan the PSCM

Hi Haz i have printed all And start testing tommrow hopefully I was unable to see if there’s a part number for new PSCM unit also do you know if Forscan can read PSCM and possible recode it thanks again Ryan

Haz your a diamond I’m just out with the car now I’ve put a battery that tested good on the car and still presented the same issues I’ve just seen all The pdf s I’ll download and print these I’ll be in touch thanks for your support in the issues

Did you replace just the one part or both in the end
