She took it back to the dealership she purchased it from, which was a Mazda dealership. They sent it over to a Ford Dealership who could not replicate or diagnose the problem

This isn't really about the power train . . . I couldn't find any topic that fit the issue. My daughter-in-law just bought a used 2019 Ford Edge SEL from a local dealer. After stopping at a stop sign, she went to turn left and the power steering stopped working. She took the car back to the dealership where they claimed that couldn't find any codes or recreate the problem. She is terrified to drive the vehicle. Does anyone have any experience or suggestions as to what the problem might be?
