I have been having the same problem. it is like my ipod just dissapears and wont even charge. I have gotten it to work a couple of times by popping the fuse out and putting it back in. I think it s fuse #3 but check the manual to be sure. it has happened again today and with all of the activity in my 2 month old fuse panel, I lost the "tool". tomorrow I am taking it in to the dealer. when I find out the problem I will come back and post it.
