Hey guys! Also reactivating the topic, I had the same problem on my Edge AWD 2014 3.5. The car was off, I simply turned it on and the parking brake, ABS, traction control and stability control lights were on, accompanied by two warnings on the left screen of the dashboard: check brake system and advancetrac service. (picture 1)
The codes shown on the forscan were P193C and U3000-49. (picture 2)
When searching here on the forum and also in various videos on the internet, many people recommend replacing some internal components of the ABS module.
However, sometimes this warning does not occur, and no warning light comes on on the dashboard, which appears to be an intermittent error.
So I'm still unsure whether to disassemble the part and send it for repair, as it's a very expensive service and I'm afraid it won't be resolved.
Yesterday I disabled the AdvaceTrac, ABS and TCS options in forscan, and the error message on the left screen 'check brake system' does not appear. In this case, with these lights deactivated, another code showed on the panel: U0415:56-2F. After researching, he led me to a person who discovered a problem with one of the ABS sensors on the wheels. (picture 3)
Now I'm in doubt as to what the reason for the problem would be, because the mechanic recommended replacing the abs module, but I have three codes: P193C and U3000 together, and when these are erased and their indications are turned off in the forscan, U0415 appears.
The car's brakes work normally, when traveling or in urban traffic, no problems when using the brake pedal, no strange noises or anything like that, everything is normal with or without the warning lights.
