Climate Fan repeatedly turns all the way up!

Hello, I have a 2018 Ford edge titanium and just started having similar issues with the AC. It is blowing very cold air and the fan setting is on high and it won’t turn down. There is a up-and-down button but it’s not a touchscreen. Does anybody have any insight into the fix for this? Thank you.
