I just had this issue start on my 2012 Ford Explorer. Have not had it happen before with any other updates on Sync . Is the camera replacement the only option. I also have tried all of the menu options and my parking assist l is clicked to on, On the menu. I did see one person post a YouTube video in 2019 for replacement of camera so wondering if that is the only option.
