I have a 2016 Ford Edge and I am having the same issue. The fan is still on when my car is off. The dealer had me replace the fan last in Oct 2023 and I keep having the same issue. I already took the car back and it so happens that when I turned off the car at the dealer the fan turned off too. Now it is happening again.
