The dealership advisor said that all ford edge and escape break pads have been squeeking. Ford made a different break pad for all escapes and issued a recall to change all of it but they have not made a new break pad for all Edge yet. The staff knew that Ford edge breaks are squeaking, but they did not inform me before buying the car. So when it started annoyingly squeaking, I thought something is wrong and went get it checked. When I went back to pick it up, they said they didn't see anything wrong so I have to pay the mechanic's time for 32 something dollars. Why will I pay something that is Ford's fault? If they told me from the beginning that the break will start squeaking, I shouldn't have bought the car in the first place.
I feel like you Ford people always made me feel like a stupid fool.
