Hello there! My 2015 Edge SEL has the media hub in the little storage compartment just below the radio and in front of the shift. When I attended to insert the SD card for the sync navigation system I got an error code telling me that the card is bad. I'm unable to eject the card ( the slot is supposed to be spring loaded). I'm just going to go ahead and replace the entire hub. Any suggestions to get one other than the dealership?

I personally think that it's an overall Ford design flaw. I had the same issue with my 2007 Escape. I tried everything to get to the actuator to no avail. Finally just gave up. Ended up selling the POS! GOOD LUCK!
