I have a 2017 edge titanium 3.5 and it has a charging system problem. 94K miles. The battery is new. Can’t drive the car as it drains the battery. What is the possibility of the alternator being bad? My Buddy thinks it’s a computer issue. Ford won’t even take it for 10 days. Wife is extremely unhappy to the point of never buying a Ford again. We are lifelong customers of Ford/Mercury/Lincoln. Any help is appreciated
