  1. That is for the newer vehicles, such as 2021+ F-150, 2022+ Expedition, 2020+ Explorer, 2024+ Escape. Older vehicles will require the calibration mats, such as 2015-2020 F-150, 2016-2018 MKX, 2018-2021 Expedition.
  2. @Haz Can you post the Vehicle Dynamic Suspension - System Operation and Component Description of the 2017+ Ford Fusion SPORT?
  3. To estimate the average parts cost for OEM adaptive suspension: 4x Ride Height Sensors - $120 OBO *The front height sensor LH is already equipped on vehicles with curve adaptive headlamps. Vehicle Dynamics Module - $40 Adaptive struts + shocks - $500-1,000? Miscellaneous, nuts, bolts and wiring - $150? Am I missing any other main parts that could be needed? AsBuilt Changes Needed: IPC, ABS?,
  4. I am thinking that I should order a Ford Explorer front camera mount to install a front camera just below the Ford logo without having to get a new front bumper. The goal is to mount the camera as close as possible to the Edge that already have the front camera. FB5Z19H421AA FB5Z19H421A
  5. As @Haz also mentioned above, you can use the steering wheel switch to adjust the climate control in the instrument panel cluster.
  6. Last night I upgraded the rear wheel speed sensors with the bi-directional ones. I parked a car on the street to test. My neighbors must have thought that I was the worst driver ever. I drove past the car about 30 times. I am going to have to replace the front side parking sensors with the correct long range ones. Sometimes I would get false detections of parking spots. The system had a difficult time measuring the parking spot. Sometimes it would detect the space, but then it gave up and never told me to shift into reverse. Sometimes it got way too close where the front tire was going to hit the car. However, after many trials, I got a few good results. I got to experience active park assist. It was nice that I could shift between reverse and drive any time so that the system would make its next move. I also tried park out assist and it worked well. Next: 1. An ABS module replacement is not required. We do not need to upgrade to CADS3. 2. Long range parking sensors are required to accurately detect parking spaces. Standard “HU5T-15K859” sensors will work as a parking aid, but they don’t measure parking spaces well.
  7. That was it. Something wasn’t programmed right. Now, all 12 of my parking sensors are beeping and working correctly.
  8. @HazCan you post the wiring diagrams of the auto hold button on the Ford Edge CN? I am interested to see which module the button connects to. VIN: LVSHFCAH1KH454157 EDGE CN 2.7L
  9. Normally, only the front wheels will receive power, unless the AWD system responds to slip between the front and rear axles, or if wheel slip is anticipated before it occurs.
  10. One good observation: The vehicle looks to be already wired for the trailer tow module.
  11. The only possible issues I found was some corrosion in the rear bumper connector, so I avoided the corrosion by moving the parking sensors up into trunk. I don’t see any hardware issues with the wiring or parking sensors, so maybe there is some kind of software problem.
