If I remember correctly, there are separate fuses for each headlight. Check your owner's manual to be sure. If you've connected your OEM harness back to the OEM headlight and it still doesn't work AND the fuse is good, sounds like a short in the wires...better hunt down that meter!! :wacko:

Has anyone installed the HIR1 & HIR2's? If so, how do you like them? Do they look any different than stock halogen?

Hey, Lex - how are your LED lights working? Did you end up adding resistors to all of the interior bulbs or are you just dealing with changing them out every six months to a year? I was all gun-ho to change everything out on the interior, but now I'm a bit tentative seeing the problems you're having. Thanks to all for the awesome posts! This is giving me a bunch of great ideas and saving me a ton of research time!!!!!

I did a smiliar modifcation to my new 2008 Edge; I simply cut out some of the cross pieces inside the styrofoam to make different sized cubby holes. I fit my 4 D-cell Mag light, small tool kits, safety gear, etc. without any major changes to the structural integrity. Woo hoo!!

Hello, all - I ran through the threads regarding the uncomfortable headrests yesterday and came across instructions reflecting how to flip the headrests around. I flipped them around and LOVE the results! Here's my problem...if I raise the headrest a few clicks and attempt to lower it back down, it's not possible. I can raise it, but I can't lower it without putting the allen wrench back in the hole and applying pressure on the retainer spring. Am I missing something or is this just a byproduct of reversing the headrests??
