  1. My 2022 Edge just had this recall performed on 12/3. Before the recall, my fuel level was 98% with 343 miles to empty. After the recall, it said 450 miles to empty. Today it's at 64% and 299 miles to go. I'll wait to see what it says after my first fill up. Estimated miles until empty is correct now after a couple of tanks of gas. I think it needed to see what my current average MPG was. Also note that I had the car battery replaced at the same appointment, so maybe that reset the estimated miles to go?
  2. Thanks. I located the connector for the sensors under the bumper cover on the passenger side. I now have power with no accidental opening and closing! I wrapped both the male end and female socket in electrical tape. I ziptied the wire out of the way. I used 3M Barrier Moldable Putty (because I had some and it stays sticky and soft) to further protect the female socket from corrosion.
  3. My 2022 Edge only allows me to disable the Power Operation of the liftgate. The foot sensor is still active and I have to lift and close the liftgate manually. This does prevent it from accidentally hitting my bike rack. Has anyone found a way to physically disconnect the sensors so that I can have a Power Operation without the foot sensors?
