    I am still having this dangerous defrost issue and no one at Ford seems to care. What can I do? I can't drive my car in the winter for fear of getting killed because I can't see. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you, Linda Z

    Anyone having issues with their 2014 Ford Edge defrost system should reach out to the NHTSA and file a report. Maybe we can get a recall issued on the safety matter.

    Hi, no there was not a lot of condensation in the car. I have tried Auto as suggested by Ford, I have tried just defrost, I have tried it all. It happens with 1 person in the car and with 5 people in the car. It happened as recently as last night with just me in the car going a distance of about 5 miles. It is terrible when it happens and completely unsafe.

    I have a 2014 Ford Edge and the defrost system is terrible. I have contacted Ford and have not had any luck. I had my three granddaughters in it to go look at Christmas lights and we couldn’t even see them. Besides that is was dangerous because I couldn’t even see. I had my oldest granddaughter scraping the windows while I was driving. I eventually had to pull over. I have tried all different settings in all different combinations and nothing works. Any ideas?
