Should just chnage the engine mount or there is something else.

Hi, I have my edge 2017 for 3 years now and it runs smoothly even after two accidents. The problems started when i changed The spark plugs the engine light became on and on some rare times the car wont react to accelerating and then jumps. The real issue to me is that after taking a trip around the country the car started making a noise when accelerating at speeds up 60 km/hr but after that stops for the rest of the trip unless I put it in Park and then drive again then the noise comes again. I went to a mechanic and he said It is a belt tensioner issues and after changing it the noise continue then he said it is the engine mount. I need your experience and feedback
