I had a 2018 Mustang GT, and never had an issue opening/closing my garage door with the 'Universal Garage Door opener'. With my 2020 EDGE ST, purchased in late January, repeated issues when using the Universal Garage Door opener. I have resulted to just having the actual garage door remote close by. Sometimes it would open the garage door, sometimes it wouldn't. To confirm things were set correctly, I even reconnected the Universal Garage Door opener to the garage door again. It worked okay for a day or so, then started messing up again. Weird really. Does anyone else have issues with the Universal Garage Door opener?

I found this out back in Jan, when I was looking for a new ST. Found one, almost bought it (was not the colour I really wanted, but it was nice). Then noticed it had 4500+ miles on it. Still new. I laughed when the dealer told me, "Its still new till 5000 miles". LOL

I know this is an old thread. But, was the dealer able to solve this issue?

My mileage was 50. However, that is because it was driven from another dealership, to my local dealer...

Both the Missus and I, purchased a Ford Explorer ST and Ford EDGE ST, respectively this year. Might have to sign up for this Experience. Albeit, curious with Covid, how they are operating...

I would like to try the caliper covers, too. But, worried about excessive heat. Do they affect the brakes? Also, if you have to take your car in for service, and brake service is needed (covered with my package), is it an issue for them to remove the caliper covers?

I need to monitor the heated seats in my 2020 ST. I do not have the heated steering wheel, so it will be interesting if the seats stay on for 'a while' after I get out of the car. Also, did you happen to post images of your car? I remember you saying you 'debadge it'. I'd like to see that.

I will add, I have never been fond of sunroofs and skylights. But, I actually am fond of the panoramic vista roof in my ST. Alas, I do not ever open it, just having the option of views and extra sunlight, certainly helps. Even more so as I am working from home. So, when I do go for a drive, I do not 'feel like I am still in my home office, coped up'.

Not fond of the fact that my EDGE ST does not have a heated steering wheel. Odd, because it virtually has all other options/perks. Rather weird. I miss that feature from my Mustang GT. Lastly, the exhaust sound. Honestly, why did Ford do what they did? Give me real sound, even more so since this is an ST. Probably just missing the sound of my GT...

Short version, I traded my 2018 Mustang GT Premium, for an 2020 EDGE ST. Agate black, with Ebony interior. I do wish there were as many mod options for the ST, as there are for the GT.
