This is the screen and it never goes back to the normal Sync 3 screen.

In my case, I am often listening to Sirius XM. Then, I receive a text message and click the 'hear' button. It will play the message, and then the screen remains with the options of 'hear', 'close', etcetera. I will continue driving, yet that screen never goes away till I click 'close'. Most annoying... PS: From memory, I believe it I do NOT even 'hear' the message, the screen does not go away.

I actually did this, but, it was when I was trying to resolve an issue of the GPS not 'connecting' after the car was in an underground car park. However, I will try this again later today. Thanks

I had a Mustang GT, with Sync 3. When I would receive a text message, I could press the listen button to listen to the message. Once the message finished playing, the window would go away on the display. With the 2020 Ford EDGE ST, that does not seem to be the case. Despite listening to the message, the notification remains on the Sync 3 display. Then I have to close it, by clicking close. Does this happen to you, too?

Curious, can you not lock it with the physical key (not the key fob, but the physical key inside the key fob)?

Not to segway from the original questions. But, I always felt the traffic option via SiriusXM was a tad bit slow...

Depending on cost, I would have Ford replace the filter (give you the old one), and see how the vehicle performs. Then, determine from there.

Well, I took my 2020 EDGE ST to the Dragon's Tail today. I have never been before, and I must say it was an interesting 11+ miles. I travelled from Kennesaw, GA to North Carolina, and then into Tennessee, for the return trip. Honestly, a shame that when I had my 2018 Mustang GT PP, I didn't take it on the Dragon's Tail run. I will add, a shame some of the bikers kept riding in the centre of the lanes. All it would have taken would have been for me to not take a corner properly, and for a biker, coming in the opposite direction, to go flying because they were riding in the middle of the road. Besides that, it wasn't a bad trip. I do feel bloody exhausted though. PS: Waiting for photos to be posted on 129photos.com.

Probably best for me to follow the manual, 91 or higher. And, 93 if looking to maximize the 335hp...

Not sure if I specifically asked this question, on this forum previously. But, for your ST, as a daily driver, do you use Standard or Premium petrol? Thanks all

PS: If using that Rust-Oleum, should one sand the exhaust tip, with a piece of sandpaper first? If so, what is the recommended level? Thanks all...

That certainly looks interesting. I will add, according to the website, it has an X for 'high heat', 'water resistant' and 'for use on automotive'. Obviously, not sure what Lowe's would determine as 'high heat'. Last week I saw something similar online, but, for high heat. Need to find the name of it again.

Whoa, are you telling me the same EDGE ST in the UK, only gets 210HP, versus the US version with 335HP? Honestly, what is with these manufactures? I heard they did that with BMW's from Germany. The US ones were tuned down. Ugh...

No, no, I get that. Last week, the Missus and I went to the beach for a few days. Like an idiot, I took the iPad charger with me, and presumed it was the same I could use for our iPhones. Nope! So, we had to charge the phones in the car (Explorer ST). Phone was in the car for a few hours, and barely charged. Thus, during trips to the shops, we had to charge it then, while the engine was running. Hence, my initial question...
