I have 2 working keys, but no remote start fob. Its a separate fob from the key. Will that,work?

My remote start fob is eating batteries. I can replace the battery and it will start the car for 2 days, then stop. The light does not light up when the button is pressed so I know it's the fob. I found the fob online, part# DL3Z-15K601-A, but I need to know how to program it. The dealership wants $75 to program it. Anyone can help a girl out?
