we took the car to the local dealer and they said thats the normal screen. like Ron said, its just a low resolution camers. they did update the software though. we have sync 3

We just purchased a 2016 Edge w/37k miles. We've noticed that the backup camera is not vivid and sharp. its not a dirty lens as i've cleaned it. Our daughter has a 2017 jeep cherokee and her display is bright. My boss has a '17 chevy truck and the same, bright vivid display. Any Thoughts?
